The oldest part of the Chesa Petzi could be dated into the year 1509. The second dendrochronologically detectable building phase took place in the year 1641. 1827, an annex to the haybarn was constructed.
We now enlarged this attached volume into the space of the haybarn to a second independent accommodation unit.
The mighty volume of the haybarn could so be left mainly untouched. It appears like a Piazza in between the historic and the new accommodation unit. The historic residential part got carefully restored and in the roof area, an additional chamber, which can be clearly distinguished from the historic substance, was incorporated.
